Chicken Stock Powder Okay For Vegetarians

I was just reading the ingredients list on my container of chicken stock powder and was surprised that no chickens were harmed in the making of the powder.

So if vegetarians are looking for something to add a little flavour to their dishes then it might be worth checking the contents list on the various stock powders in your supermarket.
