Is this the perfect pizza

I can’t believe this guy, he’s spent six year’s trying to clone a pizza he experienced in NYC.

He’s gone so far as to modify his stove with a pair of garden shears so he can get the required high heat for the perfect crust.

I’ve got some simple and easy pizza recipes which I’ll add here next time I’m in the mood to cook them, but if you’ve got the time for some reading go and check out just how much trouble he’s gone to in search of the perfect pizza
