Save the Pepper Grinder


There isn’t a better way to have pepper than freshly cracked, But when you’re adding it to a dish that’s already cooking, either on the grill or the stove, the steam and smoke rising inevitably makes it’s way into the grinder.

Soggy or smoke flavoured pepper isn’t the greatest, but it can be avoided.

You can either wash your grinder out regularly, or what I do is grind the pepper onto a serving spoon and then add it from the spoon onto the dish.
