		<description>You can rinse the oysters with cold fresh water if you want, but if you've bought them from a reputable supplier then I wouldn't worry about it.
As for the cheese and tomato sauce, I'd go and buy your son in law a packet of hot dogs instead of oysters. The idea with oysters is to accent the flavour, not drown it.</description>

		<description>If you want to cook them in the oven crush up aluminium foil,straight it out a bit and then lay it down in the oven tray so the oysters have somewhere to lean.
Also leaves the oven tray clean.</description>
