That’s Not Paella Mr Nando’s
Even though I haven’t been posting here, I’ve become a bit obsessive with Paella lately.
I was walking past a Nando’s in a shopping mall last week and there was a poster outside the restaurant offering “Paella”
Initially I was a little excited as it’s not often you see Paella on a menu, but then I looked at the accompanying photo and it was a picture of some stir fried chicken and vegetables on some bright yellow rice.
Now I’m not a Paella snob, but with all the research I’ve been doing into Paella lately I can assure you that the Paella that you’ll get served up in Nando’s is nothing like a genuine Paella.

PS I will continue to capitalise Paella, I respect it that much.
