Simple and Healthy Stir Fry Sauce Recipe

There are a lot of stir fry sauce options, and I love most of them but I’m on a health kick at the moment so was looking for something without high levels of sugar or fats or carbs.

This one fits the bill,

1/2 teaspoon red curry paste (oil free)
1 teaspoon powdered chicken stock (I used Massel which is vego friendly)
2 tablespoons warm water

Mix everything in a small cup and add to hot pan of your preferred stir fry ingredients a couple of minutes before the cooking is finished. Stir thoroughly and your done.

It adds heaps of flavour and I’m probably going to try adding a few different things as I go along….. thinking Sichuan pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce and I’m sure I’ll get more ideas as time goes on.
